As a courtesy to customers who indicate to us they have moved to California after opening an account with us, we provide these additional disclosures. Please note Cadence Bank has no branches in California.
The below chart reflects the categories of personal information Cadence Bank (“we” or “Cadence Bank”) has collected from accountholders who became California residents, the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business or commercial purpose for which the information was collected, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared that information. It also describes requests we permit you to make in regard to personal information.

In the past twelve months, we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of minors under 16 years of age for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to a “right to limit” the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information.

Requests to Know
You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you. You may also request to know about the categories of sources from which this personal information was collected, our business or commercial purposes for collecting their personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared their personal information. Please note that past statements and the transactions they reflect are already contained in your account – please log into your account to access them.
Requests to Correct
California residents may request we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we have collected about you. One way you can do this is by logging into your account and updating your information.
Requests to Delete
You may request deletion of the personal information we have collected from you. Please note that we are permitted or required by law to retain a number of categories of personal information, and we may retain such information even if you ask us to delete it.
Request Submission
You or your authorized agent can submit the above requests through this link or by calling us at 1(888) 797-7711. You will need to provide us with personal information for us to match with information we have on file in order to verify your identity and residency. If we cannot verify your identity and the authenticity of your request, we are not permitted to move forward with the request.
Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate against individuals who make the privacy requests described above.
