Our People Make the Difference

Everyone Matters

Everyone Matters

At Cadence Bank, we focus on ensuring that our current and future teammates feel like they belong. Driven by one of our core values, embracing inclusivity, we understand that our success is anchored in the belief that we reflect and embrace our customer communities. This means ensuring everyone has a seat at the table, and all voices are heard.

Our Core Values Power Our Mission

Through people-based values like valuing relationships and doing right by others, we intentionally create a workplace where all teammates can collaborate, develop and grow while making a difference in the lives of our customers, communities and shareholders.

Employee Resource Groups

Our employee resource groups provide our teammates with a sense of belonging, community and allyship and are open to everyone within the company. We currently have the following groups:

  • Women@Cadence (Women Teammates & Allies)
  • BELONG@Cadence (Black & African American Teammates & Allies)
  • Unidos@Cadence (Latino Teammates & Allies)
  • VETS@Cadence (Veterans, Family Members & Allies)
  • AAPI@Cadence (Asian American & Pacific Islander Teammates & Allies)

We Listen

We invite our teammates to participate in an annual survey where we ask how we’re doing as a company. We use these results to develop strategies and tactics to improve our policies, practices, benefits, and culture.
