Three Cadence Bank Board Members Named on Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Corporate Directors List
Cadence is one of only two financial institutions with three or more members on this prestigious list.
HOUSTON and TUPELO, Miss. – December 5, 2024 – Cadence Bank board of directors members Shannon A. Brown, Keith J. Jackson and Precious Owodunni were named to Savoy Magazine’s 2024 Most Influential Corporate Directors list, featured in its winter issue. The quarterly national publication covers business and lifestyle news, and is on the forefront of driving positive dialogue about African American leadership and achievement.
All three members have served on Cadence’s board since 2021.

Shannon A. Brown
Brown is CEO of ActionLogics, an innovative software solutions company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, focused on improving organizational productivity and performance. Prior to leading ActionLogistics, he had a distinguished executive career with FedEx. Brown earned a bachelor’s degree from National-Louis University in Chicago and a master’s degree from the University of Denver.
Keith J. Jackson
Jackson is president of Positive Atmosphere Reaches Kids (P.A.R.K.), a nonprofit in Little Rock, Arkansas, whose focus is creating a place where kids can have hope and gain strong values and confidence. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, he went on to play in the National Football League as a tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins and Green Bay Packers.
Precious Owodunni
Owodunni is CEO of Mountaintop Consulting, a business strategy and branding company that serves leading corporations and financial services, law and private equity firms. Before starting her own company, she was an investment banker and vice president at Goldman Sachs and earned both an undergraduate and a law degree from Yale University.
