The latest Cadence Bank branch in Memphis, located at 3634 Austin Peay Highway, officially opened on May 6. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by the Raleigh branch team, including Sedrick Thompson, branch manager; Robert Morehead, market president; and Shannon Brown, a member of the Cadence Bank Board of Directors.

As music from K97.1 radio played in the background, the opening event provided a fun opportunity for customers, teammates and new friends in the Raleigh community to come together. Attendees enjoyed freshly grilled hamburgers and hot dogs while experiencing Cadence's unique approach to relationship banking.

Tours of the new branch featured demonstrations of Cadence’s LIVE Teller, which combines the functionality of a traditional ATM with the personalized service of a human teller. Customers can complete withdrawals, make deposits and pay certain types of loans with the assistance of a remote teller. The Cadence LIVE Teller service provides extended hours on weekdays and Saturdays, making banking more convenient for busy customers.
